Registration Process

For individual delegates: â€‹

Delegates need to register via the form and ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements:

  1. a school referral (to do this please get permission from a teacher-in-charge certifying that their school will NOT send a delegation to this Conference, and fill their details in the application),

  2. a responsible guardian accompanying you at all times during the Conference.

Your application may be rejected if this information is incomplete.

After your application, a member of the Secretariat will be in touch to confirm your application and send details for payment.

For delegations:

Delegations apply via the form which contains questions about your organisation and requires you to complete the Delegate Application Form, a spreadsheet containing all of your delegates preferences.

Once you have submitted your application, a member of the secretariat will be in touch with the outcome. We currently do not have a strict cap on delegations but we reserve the right to reduce the number of delegates per delegations if we receive an overwhelming interest, to allow more schools to participate. After confirming your application, you will be required to complete payment within seven days of receiving our invoice.
